All orders made on CANGKUK are shipped domestically using Pos Malaysia's Poslaju delivery service, or internationally using Pos Malaysia's FlexiPack. All orders paid before 1pm will be shipped within the same day. Orders paid after 1pm will be shipped next business day. All orders are trackable via the Pos Malaysia website.

Peninsular Malaysia: 1-2 business days

Sabah / Sarawak: 2-3 business days
RM15 flat rate per order

Singapore, Brunei: 2-3 business days
RM100 flat rate per order

Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Myanmar, China, Hong Kong: 2-5 business days

RM100 for first 1kg
RM10 for every additional 500g

Bangladesh, Cambodia, Laos, Macao, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Vietnam: 6-13 business days

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive tracking number via email.
