RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE
Our customer’s complete satisfaction means a lot to us. If you have found your item to be defective, please get in touch with us at email@example.com for a full refund or product exchange with the following details:
Reason for return / exchange
Please send us the details as stated above as well as a detailed photo of item's defect(s).
Once defect is confirmed, you will receive instructions from CANGKUK on how to return the item(s).
All items must be in its original packaging and in unused condition and returned within 7 days.
Buyer shall bear shipping cost for return of item(s).
CANGKUK shall make a full refund to the buyer within 3 business days of receiving the defective returned item(s).
CANGKUK only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the size is incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you further instructions. Please note while we offer free returns shipping, the exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, you will be invoiced for the additional shipping charge.
CANGKUK reserves the right to decline refund/exchange on non-defective items and used items.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
